Unfortunately they thinned out my thick eyebrows. I showed them an image of my usual shape and they cut too much hair, thinned out my eyebrow width and were too rough. Not worth the disappointment especially if you have sensitive skin. Sigh.

The women who wax/thread eyebrows are great! Always super quick and efficient every time I visit this salon.
Get my nails done here. Reasonable price and good service.
I have been coming to this place for years, the service is not bad but it does depend on the person working. They do a decent job and usually satisfied. However, after going there the past two times I am very disappointed with the service. The tech working their named Siru ( not sure how its spelled) really ruined my experience. She was working with a client who she provided various services and one of which was waxing of underarm and once done she moved to me and so i asked her if she could wash her hands before starting with me. I have sensitive skin and also it’s disgusting and unhygienic to move from customer to customer especially after waxing without washing. Its okay that she didn’t do it before i asked because maybe not a lot of people ask; however when I asked her she had an attitude and threw the tissue that was on her hand on the table and stomped to the bathroom to wash. And the rest of the service followed the same attitude. She didn’t bother to wipe off the hair that accumulated all over my face after doing my eyebrows and didn’t offer one. She rushed through the whole thing. She also did a half job with my nose; didn’t wait for the wax to dry. I understand she is a professional but I have done nose waxing there many times and it has never been this way. And when done with everything she was calling the next customer to take seat even before i got off the chair. Btw this wasn’t the first time she did this, I had a similar encounter with her in the past. I am usually satisfied with the service but I definitely wont be going back to do anything with her.
I come here all the time for waxing, threading, and facial services - and am always happy with the service. BUT this day I got acrylic nails for the first time.. I felt something was off when I put my hands under the nail lamp and my fingers were hurting A LOT. Afterwards, I noticed one finger was bleeding a bit but assumed it wasn't a big deal cause I've gotten nicked during regular manicures before. However, this photo is taken the next day.. and it's obvious that ALL my cuticles are VERY cut up/sanded down and it's starting to scab. This is a photo of just one hand, but all 10 fingers are like this. My fingers hurt when the skin stretches from any regular movement (I type a lot for work), and I'm just REALLY REALLY hoping it doesn't get infected. I'm going to try removing it myself or going elsewhere to get them removed, because I'm afraid of risking further injuries if I go back to them for removal.
